Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven professional with in-depth knowledge of e-commerce account management.

This is a full-time remote role that requires managing end-to-end Amazon accounts, creating and optimizing product listings, handling shipments, conducting daily listing checks, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues before they escalate.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Amazon account operations.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings.

  • Conduct daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear communication.
  • Handle refunds, replacements, and resolve negative feedback.
Requirements
  • 2+ years managing e-commerce accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
