Content Production Specialist

We are seeking a Content Production Specialist to join our organization. This role is responsible for assisting in the creation and production of high-quality content across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Video Editing & Production: Edit a high volume of short-form videos (25–30 per week) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Graphic Design & Animation: Create branded graphics, memes, and Instagram story visuals using Canva and Adobe Illustrator that align with campaign messaging.
  • Creative Direction & Collaboration: Participate in weekly social media brainstorming sessions to pitch and refine video ideas and collaborate with the creative team managers, social media strategists, and editors to ensure consistent brand voice and design.
  • Project Organization & Asset Management: Maintain structured organization of all video, audio, and design files in Google Drive, tag and categorize content for easy access, and track deadlines, prioritize tasks, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • AI & Emerging Tech: Utilize ChatGPT to generate meme ideas, captions, and creative prompts for content development and experiment with AI design tools like MidJourney and Google Veo 3 for advanced visuals.
Qualifications:
  • Strong video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro required.
  • Graphic design skills with Canva and Illustrator preferred.
  • Proactive, energetic, and collaborative personality with good communication.
  • Social media fluency and strong sense of current viral trends.
