Remote Administrative Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Administrative Representative. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and text.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurate resolution of claims with the claims department.
  • Efficient management of administrative tasks, including tolls and parking tickets.
  • Provide professional assistance to customers through multiple communication channels.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by supporting social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration is highly desirable.
  • Marketing background or skills would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office or Google Workspace, and adaptability in learning new software and systems.
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and ability to work independently are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
