Inbound Process Lead - Shopee

This role offers a negotiable salary for a full-time position in Manila, requiring 3-5 years of experience.

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Inbound Process Lead to oversee the inbound process and ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets are achieved.

The successful candidate will manage schedules and attendance of employees under their department, ensuring the division is staffed with skilled manpower capable of handling current positions while being prepared and developed for future challenges.

  • Develop and implement efficient processes to drive productivity in end-to-end inbound operations.
  • Ensure timely receipt, checking, processing, and endorsement of deliveries to the next process.
  • Notify relevant departments of non-conformances or shortages/overages.
  • Process transfers immediately upon arrival in the warehouse.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of ownership, operational discipline, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

They should also have supervisory experience for both direct and agency employees, proficiency in MS Excel and Google Applications, and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the inbound process to ensure achievement of KPIs and targets.
  • Manage employee schedules and attendance.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure timely delivery processing and notification of non-conformances.
