Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Epiroc Philippines Inc.
As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our import and export operations. If you have experience in customs clearance, supply chain management, and international trade, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or a related field and have relevant work experience in logistics and supply chain functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is also essential. Knowledge of local customs regulations and international shipment procedures is a significant advantage.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial. We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 80,000 - PHP 120,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate customs clearance and collaborate with customs brokers
- Review shipping documents to ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Process invoices from customs brokers and forwarders, and arrange payment of customs duties
- Manage domestic shipments with domestic forwarders and provide freight cost quotations as needed
- Prepare shipment reports, track cargo movements, and monitor CO2 transportation data
- Support the business controller by processing CDT and IOD (duties and taxes)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local customs regulations and international shipment procedures
