Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at LoveBonito Singapore Pte Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional who is passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience and contributing to the growth of our business.

You will be working closely with the Store Manager and Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage stock levels, and lead sales teams to achieve targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Store Operations: Support Store Manager and Supervisor in day-to-day leadership and key areas of store operations, including overseeing daily and weekly deliverables such as store checklists and inventory checklists.
  • Sales Performance and Customer Service: Work with Store Manager to lead store sales performance and customer service excellence, coaching staff members to provide an exceptional guest experience and playing a hands-on role on the sales floor.
  • Inventory Management: Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage, receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as supporting all stock-take exercises.
  • Cashiering and POS System: Perform cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments and close accounts for the closing shift.
  • Knowledge and Training: Proactively acquire knowledge regarding company general information, fashion news, new product information, customer feedback, and staff communication, providing training to new staff members and promoting first-class service excellence & customer experience at all times.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year's experience in a retail leadership role, or equivalent.
  • Education: Completion of college education and a good working knowledge of MS Office will be a plus.
  • Availability: Ability to work various shifts and able to work 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays).
