**About the Job**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Xero Bookkeeper to join our team as a part-time remote employee. This position offers the opportunity to work with an Australian client, providing a unique chance to gain experience in a foreign business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably within an Australian business environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or MYOB.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
