Job Overview

At Qataryello, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science Expert Professional to lead our data science team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead data strategist to identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged through our product capabilities, and collaborate closely with the engineering team in the development of data products.
  • Execute analytical experiments to help solve problems across various domains and industries, leveraging expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
  • Design and implement architectures to support large-scale applications and platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs, collecting large structured and unstructured datasets and variables.
  • Develop and utilize algorithms, model building, and models to mine large-data volumes of data; perform data and error analysis to improve models; clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy.
  • Analyze data for trends and patterns, interpreting results with clear objectives in mind, and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Implement analytical models in production by collaborating with software developers and machine-learning engineers, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Define and execute data collection strategies to gather relevant information, balancing data quality and quantity requirements.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum twelve or more years of experience in data science, Machine Learning, AI, leading teams, and programming.
  • Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis, including advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
  • Ability to build state-of-the-art models using deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, and pandas, as well as data visualization tools like PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and D3.js.
