NCR Atleos is seeking a talented Incident Management Analyst to join our team. As an Incident Management Analyst, you will be the first level of contact for customers and field support personnel for ATM-related issues.

You will be responsible for monitoring the ATM fleet, driving actions to resolve issues that impact Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) availability, and working closely with customers and field support personnel to resolve ATM-related issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in Windows-based applications/tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to work flexible working hours (night and day shift)
  • Experience in troubleshooting over the phone (preferred)
