Role Overview
As a KYC Risk Control Manager Digital Banking, you will be responsible for developing enhanced governance processes across our organization to improve front-to-back oversight of KYC risks and effectiveness of practices. You will lead key forums, work with technology partners, and project management resources to communicate business risk & controls requirements, impact assessment, and clear prioritization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Executing Know Your Customer (KYC) activities, ad-hoc regulatory requirement reports, and remediations of the bank.
  • Delivering the Compliance program for anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, sanctions, and other related disciplines.
  • Identifying key risks in the current client life-cycle management process and recommending strategies to mitigate AML risks while operating efficiency levers and reducing account opening lead times.
  • Providing Subject Matter Expertise on potential key risks identified during the bank's review process.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' of strong experience in a related role with extensive experience in Financial Services.
  • Comprehensive experience of AML/KYC Compliance, Internal Audit or Risk and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of banking operations including regulatory requirements and reengineering and Controls Management.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC/AML rules and regulations, and risk management.
