Job Title: Technical Support and Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a hybrid role that combines technical support and quality assurance. The successful candidate will ensure customers receive excellent support while maintaining the highest level of reliability in our app.

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate, resolve complex customer issues escalated from our service team by communicating clearly with customers.
  • Participate in pre-release QA cycles, testing app builds on devices and simulators, and running manual tests across key user journeys and edge cases.
  • Help design and maintain automated test suites, providing feedback during release planning to identify risks and areas needing special attention.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills for support and collaboration.
  • Previous experience in consumer or business app environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective technical support or QA testing in fast-moving software teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong problem-solving mindset, is detail-oriented, proactive, and curious about improving both customer and internal team experiences.
