Job Overview

Position Purpose:

The Sourcing Supervisor is responsible for presenting career opportunities, ensuring recruitment ramps are fulfilled, sourcing candidates through various hiring channels, and creating plans to meet goals. The ability to conceptualize events and activities that spark job seekers' interest is essential. A problem-solver, persistent individual with a strong work ethic is required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement creative sourcing and marketing strategies across all channels.
  2. Oversee recruitment vendor management and support in handling other vendor concerns.
  3. Maintain a network of contacts by establishing relationships with schools, associations, alumni, organizations, etc. for sourcing candidates and branding the company.
  4. Represent the company at recruitment events.
  5. Handle cost allocation for all sourcing channels.
  6. Monitor sourcing performance regularly.
  7. Implement new initiatives to enhance sourcing and marketing activities.
  8. Collaborate with Recruitment Teams in establishing sourcing strategies to boost volume and quality of hiring.
  9. Manage working relationships with external providers and recruitment agencies.
  10. Monitor and update reports concerning sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.
  11. Manage team performance based on unit goals and targets.
  12. Lead, train, and develop direct reports.
  13. Ensure classes are filled at 100%.
  14. Monitor team's performance and attendance.
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the same position for BPO – Call Center Industry.
  • Offshore recruitment experience.
  • Ability to build strategic working relationships.
  • Good verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Creative and innovative approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Marketing skills.
  • Flexible work hours.
  • Willingness to work in Q.C.
  • Ability to start ASAP.
