At Neksjob Philippines, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Makati.
Job Summary:We are looking for a customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide solutions to customer issues and concerns
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues
- At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate
- 6 months CCE (Logistics preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and Internet browsing
