In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial services division, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes.
You will be accountable for staying updated on insurance regulations, educating staff, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
A key aspect of this role is Team Leadership, where you will manage a team of professionals who ensure the smooth operation of our business.
You will be responsible for tracking weekly production targets, investigating trends with insurance carriers, and implementing timely billing and follow-up programs.
A/R Management is critical to our success, and you will be tasked with maintaining aged accounts and collections while ensuring clients understand their responsibilities and our procedures.
Billing Efficiency is key, and you will be expected to optimize over-the-counter collections through collaboration with colleagues.
Reporting to the CEO/Owner, you will submit monthly reports identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in Physical Therapy, A/R Experience with EMRs such as A2C, Prompt, Webpt/Therabill, Patient Studio, TheraOffice, and exceptional leadership skills.
