Job Overview

  • Manage IT operations, policies, and systems to improve efficiency and support business strategies.
  • Empower direct reports to manage systems and tasks independently, providing training and clear instructions.
  • Lead a team of up to 8 direct reports, setting hiring goals and maintaining a skills matrix.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team huddles, and staffing reviews to ensure effective delegation and accountability.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership and team management skills. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to delegate effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring IT teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management.
