Customer Service Representative for Healthcare Accounts

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic customer service representative to join our healthcare team. As a CSR for Healthcare Accounts, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing caller needs, questions and concerns, and formulating plans of resolution.
You will maintain and restore customer satisfaction by partnering with other teams as needed, perform problem analysis and determination, and provide accurate information about Sharecare programs and services.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess high emotional quotient and empathy towards patients, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements- No BPO experience is required, but BPO experience with customer service in a healthcare account and medical knowledge or any health-related experience is a plus.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently, communicate and collaborate with others.
- Willing to work on-site.
