Job Opportunity: Accountant-CPA

We are seeking a skilled Accountant-CPA to join our team in a remote role. This position involves managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in compliance with US GAAP
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
  • Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entry postings, and accurate reporting
  • Process monthly revenue tasks, including reconciliations, posting of entries, and resolving discrepancies
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and assist auditors as needed
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of annual tax returns
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations based on financial data
  • Support accounts receivable tasks, including contract uploads, billing, invoicing, and cash application
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve billing issues
  • Process monthly payroll activities, including payroll runs and payroll entries
  • Assist with investor and bank reporting
  • Manage emails effectively within our system
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy

This role requires a combination of routine accounts receivable functions, payroll processing, accounts payable support, general ledger maintenance, and active participation in special projects.
