Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in accounting, demonstrate attention to detail, and exhibit a passion for delivering exceptional client service within the tax domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior client service, fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with clients throughout the tax resolution process.
  • Represent clients in sales and income tax audits; showcase expertise in sales and use tax regulations.
  • Analyze clients' financial documents and wage/income statements to identify potential issues.
  • Develop and communicate effective tax resolution strategies to clients.
  • Negotiate with the IRS and/or State agencies to resolve tax disputes.
  • Prepare and submit both personal and business tax returns accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients through clear, professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory)
  • 2-3 years of tax experience (mandatory)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - must be skilled in VLOOKUP, SLOOKUP, and handle large datasets efficiently.
  • Demonstrated interest in taxation and commitment to punctuality.
  • Ability to work full-time exclusively (no concurrent jobs).
