Combat Financial Threats as a Key Professional

This role is pivotal in safeguarding our business from fraudulent activity and minimizing the financial impact of such threats.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing adequate anti-money laundering (AML) transaction monitoring controls to meet regulatory requirements and expectations of payment processing partners, and satisfy the demands of ASIC, FCA & CYSEC.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational tasks to identify and combat fraud/AML risk through effective monitoring and prevention strategies.
  • Perform enhanced due diligence on clients presenting unusual behaviors to identify and mitigate market/financial risk.
  • Communicate professionally with clients about suspicious, unusual and/or unreconciled activities in ways that avoid tipping off clients into potential investigations.
  • Review and analyze financial transactions for potentially fraudulent activity.
  • Utilize monitoring tools and systems to identify unusual patterns or trends.
  • Investigate and identify potential cases of fraud or suspicious behavior.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments.
  • Ongoing maintenance of procedures.
