Job Description

As a key member of the JOLISA AGRIBUSINESS CORPORATION team, the Assistant Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of inventory records across our outlets and groceries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inventory audits to verify the quantity and quality of meats stored in our outlets and groceries.
  • Verify the accuracy of meat van dispatches and ensure that all meats are properly tagged and accounted for.
  • Double-check deliveries to ensure that all items are complete and in good condition.
  • Audit the cash and petty cash accounts of store supervisors to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with grocery in-charges to update prices and manage concession accounts.
  • Ensure that all company documents are properly received and signed by team leaders or mall concessionaires.
  • Bring memos to outlets and groceries for employees to sign and return to HR-OIC promptly.
  • Review sales reports for outlets and groceries to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of outlets and report any electrical issues or other concerns.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
