Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned expert in observability and reliability engineering to join our team. As a Monitoring & Incident SRE, you will be responsible for safeguarding system uptime, building world-class observability, leading incident response, and driving reliability across our platform.

You will work at the intersection of engineering and operations, quickly identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence. You're passionate about keeping systems stable, proactive in detecting anomalies, and experienced in coordinating response during critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design dashboards and build alerting pipelines
  • Use automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime
  • Identify and resolve production issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash)

Above and Beyond

  • Experience in high-uptime or mission-critical environments
  • Familiarity with advanced reliability engineering practices (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets)
  • Cloud certifications (AWS CloudWatch specialty, Google SRE track)
