Job Title

Staff4me is seeking a highly organized and emotionally intelligent HR Generalist to support both administrative tasks and people operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide staff support for scheduling, time off, and pay inquiries.
  • Coordinate shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs.
  • Manage staff schedules, track attendance, and log PTO.
  • Prepare and submit payroll data through our platform (biweekly).
  • Assist on-site staff in tracking and ordering office supplies.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to leadership for assistance.
Business Support:
  • Track client renewal dates and prepare employer reports.
General Admin Support:
  • Support job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Respond to internal and patient-facing questions.
  • Help document and maintain internal SOPs.
  • Be accessible via phone, email, and text during EST business hours.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage team dynamics professionally.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and CRM tools.
