Lead Fashion Creator

Fashion creators conceptualize and develop distinctive fashion ideas for clothing and accessories. This position necessitates a strong grasp of current fashion trends, fabrics, and color theory. A degree in fashion design or a related field is preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop imaginative design concepts based on existing fashion trends and target market requirements
  • Create detailed technical drawings and patterns using CAD software
  • Select fabrics, embellishments, colors, and styles for each garment
  • Collaborate with other designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure the design vision is realized
  • Oversee the fitting, adjustments, and final modifications of prototypes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or AutoCAD
  • Excellent sense of fashion trends, fabrics, and color theory
  • Strong sketching and illustration skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, unique designs
