Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated technical professional to collaborate with our team and assist clients in achieving the full potential of their subscription management solutions. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will work closely with customers and peers to design and implement customized solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and peers to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Evaluate integrations and provide best practice recommendations.
  • Configure, customize, and support tailored solutions.
  • Forge alliances with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Onboarding teams to solve problems and achieve objectives by sharing knowledge and information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • At least 1-2 years of programming experience in a commercial/eCommerce environment, preferably with Shopify (liquid), HTML, CSS, Javascript, TypeScript, JSON, etc.
  • Shopify Development certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A quality first mindset, with a willingness to advocate for best practices and reuse.
