Human Resources Associate

At Whiteplane, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting the end-to-end payroll process, managing employee benefits programs, and handling accurate record-keeping of employee data.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail with excellent data management and organizational skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, including timekeeping validation, salary computation, and ensuring timely disbursement.
- Administer statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and government-mandated loans.
- Assist in managing company-sponsored benefits, including healthcare, insurance, and leave credits.
- Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and compensation data for accuracy and compliance.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies, benefits claims, and leave policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience or knowledge in payroll processing and benefits administration is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist employees.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
