Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned learning programs, developing and facilitating learning courses, collaborating with external and internal training partners, performing training admin duties, overseeing the internship program, and overseeing the performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Develop and manage learning programs that meet company goals and objectives.
  • Course Delivery: Deliver high-quality learning experiences to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Partnership Building: Build partnerships with external and internal training providers to access high-quality training content.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for training activities, including report generation and logistics management.
  • Internship Management: Oversee the internship program to ensure a smooth onboarding process and effective development of interns.
  • Performance Management: Lead the performance management process to drive employee growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Manufacturing Advantage: Experience in a manufacturing set-up is an advantage but not required.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed and work onsite in BGC, Taguig from Monday to Friday.
