Job Description

The Technical Trainer will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees through the development and delivery of high-quality training programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical training, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content
  • Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to participants
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Document and maintain industry standards for technical training
  • Facilitate and conduct instructor-led, face-to-face, and online/virtual training classes
  • Create training documentation, such as job aids, handouts, presentations, LMS, and Web Training pages, videos, WBT Courses

Requirements

  • 4-year degree and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience
  • 1-2 years of Classroom Training experience, required
  • 1-2 years of Contact Center experience, preferred
  • 1-2 years of Communication Training, required
