You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable, ensuring accurate and efficient payment to vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Check and process regular expenses, including petty cash fund reimbursements, truckers, and utilities billing.
- Receive goods and process noontime receiving.
- Post received stocks, checking accuracy of quantity, description, and cost, including stocks returned to suppliers.
- Reconcile general ledger balances with assigned accounts.
- Prepare end-of-month reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Record expanded withholding tax for merchant fees and prepare required tax certificates.
- Enter and post supplies inventory, checking accuracy of quantity, description, and cost.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, BSBA, Finance, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
