Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and efficiency of our building facilities, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition and addressing any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular rounds/inspections of all building plants, equipment, and common area facilities to identify and address any potential issues
  • Execute instructions from the on-site immediate superior regarding any matters that affect technical services requiring immediate attention and action
  • Operate and monitor the operation of water pumps, exhaust systems, air-conditioning systems, lighting systems, generators, and other property/building equipment
  • Perform sanitation of assigned equipment rooms
  • Monitor preventive maintenance conducted by third-party contractors, including passenger/service elevators, generator sets, and air-conditioning systems
  • Attend to unit owners', tenants', and clients' service calls/concerns/request for assistance inside their respective units/rooms, in accordance with filed and submitted Concern Slips
Requirements
  • A graduate of a Technical or Vocational course
  • At least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in the same industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Detection and Prevention Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills
