About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team at SBDMC Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our electro-mechanical systems, including HVAC, telephone, and other related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of electro-mechanical equipment, including scheduling and coordinating work with external contractors.
  2. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance and repair of electro-mechanical systems.
  4. Liaise with various stakeholders, including SBMA authorities and Subicwater, to resolve any issues related to electro-mechanical systems.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
