• Welcoming customers in a professional manner and directing them to the appropriate team member
• Responding to video calls, chats, and routing customers to the relevant team members
• Collaborating with Managers and customer support representatives to connect customers via Zoom
• Developing best practices for waiting room etiquette and maintaining a positive Zoom environment
• Educating customers on chat and Zoom support functionalities
• Providing feedback to leadership to enhance customer experience
• Connecting Senior Specialists with scheduled customers
• Facilitating urgent escalations by working with Managers and Senior Specialists

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Prior experience as a receptionist, scheduler, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar) is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, including phone, email, and instant messaging
• Organization skills to maintain accurate records and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Patience and active listening skills to respond appropriately to customers
• Interpersonal skills to create a positive experience for all customers, such as being approachable and attentive
• Emotional intelligence to adapt communication style based on call nature
