As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns. This involves assisting in campaign planning by conducting market research and competitor analysis to shape effective strategies.

Key responsibilities include developing campaign themes and messaging aligned with our target audience. You will also be responsible for running digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Additionally, you will support email marketing by segmenting email lists and managing basic email campaigns. The role also involves contributing to publishing optimized blog posts and other content through SEO & Content Marketing.

You will assist with paid advertising by setting up and reporting Google Ads campaigns. Your task will be to generate ideas, write, and edit content for campaigns, including ad copy and web content. Furthermore, you will provide event marketing support, including on-site logistics and content creation for virtual and in-person events. The role requires tracking campaign metrics and preparing basic performance reports.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required for this position. You should have 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in campaign management or digital marketing. Strong writing skills and an eye for design are essential for this role. Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms is also necessary. Basic ability to interpret data and assist in optimizing campaign performance is a must. Good time-management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects, are required for success in this role.
