This role will join our HO Operations team and provide technical support for our digital marketing teams. Working closely with the Performance Marketing team, you'll ensure all operational tasks are delivered on time.

  • Manage tasks and prioritize in Jira, meeting expected SLAs

  • Traffic and conduct quality assurance (QA) on affiliate campaigns (display ads) and Income Access (affiliates' platform)

  • Generate reports in DCM and IA

  • Create landing pages through HubSpot and Tridion

  • Conduct QA and compliance measures on landing pages

  • Manage platform logins/account creation and commercial documentation of the marketing platforms

  • Create SEO promo pages for Paid Social and Programmatic channels

  • Evaluate output and reports for completeness and correctness

  • Ensure timely delivery of reports, projects, and payments
