Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to support our team in managing paid campaigns.

  • This role involves assisting in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading creative assets, tracking campaign performance, and preparing regular reports to inform data-driven decisions.
  • You will work closely with the team to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the development of strategies to stay ahead of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in campaign setup, including ad copy creation, asset upload, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Support analysis of campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates, implementing best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including PPC advertising.
  • Proficiency in using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, such as Google Analytics.
