This role involves ensuring the organization's business continuity and disaster recovery plans are up-to-date and compliant with ISO22301 standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans in collaboration with business heads and process owners.
  • Ensure emergency response plans are updated regularly.
  • Conduct risk evaluations and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
  • Collaborate with teams to create and implement disaster recovery plans.
  • Participate in implementing and adopting cyber resiliency practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in business continuity management and disaster recovery assessment and planning, along with a total of 8-15 years of experience.
  • Hold certifications such as ISO22301, CBCI, or MBCI from international bodies, or possess equivalent experience.
  • Sound knowledge of business continuity planning and successful implementation of BCP/DRP.
  • BPO experience is highly preferred.
