Accounting Executive Support

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide high-level executive administrative support while owning critical accounting functions, particularly accounts payable and receivable management in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves supporting an executive's time and financial workflows by ensuring they are streamlined, documented, and executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform executive support functions including travel coordination, general administrative support, and project coordination.
  • Support personal executive tasks as needed.

Accounting/Finance Support Functions:

  • Track, reconcile, and follow up on incoming payments (accounts receivable).
  • Maintain financial records, track expense reports, and prepare basic reports.
  • Work with internal accounting systems and software to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with the owner to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Experience working with international teams or offshore environments is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong English fluency (spoken and written); neutral accent preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a no task too small attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
