About the Role

We are seeking experienced and passionate STEM educators to join our mobile science team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering hands-on science learning experiences during SpaceCon events, working closely with fellow educators to create engaging and interactive content. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of scientists and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate face-to-face science discussions and activities during SpaceCon events.
  • Operate interactive STEM-based equipment, tools, and digital programs to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning activities that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Contribute to educational content planning, including visual aids and multimedia support to ensure high-quality learning materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with STEM trends and topics to ensure relevance and effectiveness in teaching practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field (e.g., Astronomy, General Science, Education, Engineering, Physics, Biology, Chemistry).
  • Licensed Professional Teachers (LPTs) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingualism is a plus).
  • Creative thinker and problem-solver with the ability to adapt to new technologies and STEM tools.
