About the Role/Project

The Senior Technical Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting project execution and governance across various functions.

This role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and experience in financial analysis, procurement, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and confident in communicating with stakeholders across different levels and regions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, tracking milestones, deliverables, and risks.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, governance frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Initiate prospect and create project opportunities.
  • Generate quotations, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and estimations.
  • Set up projects, defining cost, resource allocations, and activities.
  • Establish and manage customer Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including Project Managers, Resource Managers, Account Managers, Finance, and Sponsors.
  • Track PO usage and manage change requests (e.g., prolongment, budget updates).
  • Govern timesheet approval adherence.
  • Adjust transactions and project types as needed.
  • Close projects in the Work Completed stage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Business acumen with analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software.
  • High attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong presentation skills for delivering insights to stakeholders in a form of trainings or communication.
