Main Tasks:
- Manage inbound calls from renters, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with our property management team to schedule and facilitate necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Leverage your fluency in both English and Spanish to provide effective communication and support to tenants.
