Platform Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful onboarding and implementation of our platform for clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
About the Job- You will collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project schedules, task lists, and timelines.
- Assist in developing project plans, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Partner closely with clients' technical sponsors on configuration and testing.
Duties include:
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a clear understanding of system capabilities and functionalities.
- Complete technical setup of workflow integrations.
- Maintain updated and accurate configuration documentation.
- Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them effectively.
- Tailor and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) specific to customer configuration.
To succeed in this position, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in a related role, such as technical support, project management, product implementation, or account management.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in configuring and customizing platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
