Field Surveyor

HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc. (Home Credit) is looking for a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a Payment Collector Representative. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for collecting payments from clients in a professional and courteous manner.

The estimated monthly salary for this position is around PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include competitive compensation, opportunities for growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.

• Conduct house-to-house visits to collect payments from clients in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of payment collections and submit reports as required
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent
• Means of mobility (e.g., motorcycle, bike/e-bike, car)
• Government numbers (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and grow is essential
