We require a candidate with over 5 years of experience in Product/UX design and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field.

  • You should be proficient in Figma and have experience implementing Material Design and WCAG in your projects.
  • Excellent English communication skills are necessary to effectively present and defend your ideas.
  • You should be resourceful, creative, and confident in solving complex design challenges independently, and managing the entire design process with support.
  • Continuous learning is essential to stay current with the latest design trends.
  • You should work well in a team, value diverse perspectives, and be open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Mentoring junior and mid-level designers while promoting a collaborative design culture is also a key aspect of this role.
