Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing an AI strategy aligned with our digital transformation goals.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver AI-powered use cases across departments.

  • Leading the design and deployment of AI projects, including smart knowledge base systems, AI-powered chatbots, document summarization tools, predictive analytics models, and email automation platforms.

  • Working with DevOps and IT teams to source, clean, and process data for AI model training and validation.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.

  • At least 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise AI solutions, preferably in a BPO or offshoring environment.

  • Strong experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and NLP frameworks.

  • Familiarity with tools like AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, or Azure Machine Learning.

  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and execution.

  • Working knowledge of data security and compliance requirements.
