Your primary goal will be to respond to technical inquiries, resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and guide users through solutions with patience and professionalism.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in English and have prior call center experience.

Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- A high-speed internet connection
- An appropriate, quiet work environment
- Strong proficiency in English
- Work-from-home experience
- Prior call center experience

Physical RequirementsThis job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
