Sales Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Relationship Manager to join our team at BillEase. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of fintech in the Philippines.

• Develop and execute strategies for B2B acquisition and positioning BillEase as the preferred alternative payment method for Philippine merchants.
• Implement various initiatives to drive sales growth for big and small merchants, ensuring seamless and convenient shopping experiences.
• Coordinate with merchants and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives and maintain high levels of merchant satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic generated, number of transactions, fraud rate, and conversion rate.
• Provide timely assistance and support to merchants, addressing customer service, accounts, settlement, and technical concerns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to identify opportunities for merchants to scale up their growth with BillEase within 60 days from onboarding.
• Conduct surveys, focus group discussions, or other initiatives to monitor merchant satisfaction and gather feedback for process improvement and innovation.

• Previous experience in business development, partnerships, or acquisition, preferably in payment gateways, e-wallets, e-commerce platforms, or retail.
• Degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or Economics (desirable but not required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to work well with other team members.
