We are seeking a highly experienced IT Service Management Leader to join our team at weSource Management Consultancy Firm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in process ownership roles or service governance organizations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering standardized processes across the organization to deliver quality business services. This includes driving the reduction of service outages through change, promoting self-service through knowledge development, and expanding communication across the group to better inform the end-user community.

The Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years prior experience in a process ownership role or manager of a service governance organization.
- Previously led horizontal organization responsible for the development, revision, and execution of operational level ITSM processes.
