About the Role:

  • Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including general ledger accounts and account analysis.
  • Review and reconciliation of journal entries and general ledger accounts.
  • Implementation of effective accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervision and training of junior accounting staff, including review of journal entries and account analysis.
  • Assistance with month-end closing process, including preparation of account reconciliation schedules and daily cash flow reports.
  • Interaction with external parties, including auditors and government bodies, to meet reporting deadlines and resolve accounting and audit issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a commercial or auditing environment.
  • University degree in Accounting or Finance, with professional certification an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, with knowledge of gaming industry a plus.
