About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished SAP S/4HANA Finance expert to lead our team's implementation of this cutting-edge solution.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in the SAP S/4HANA FICO module, with a proven track record in leading successful greenfield implementations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the SAP S/4HANA FICO module implementation, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Analyzing customer requirements, aligning them with SAP standards to guarantee optimal solutions.
  • Conducting fit-to-standard workshops to assess business processes, identify gaps, and develop tailored configurations.
  • Designing custom solutions for the SAP S/4HANA Finance module, meeting customer needs and expectations.
  • Performing functional and system testing, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and deliver value.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring a smooth transition to production.
  • Overseeing the implementation and successful Go-Live of SAP S/4HANA solutions, guaranteeing continued system performance and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Hands-on experience with the SAP S/4HANA FICO module, preferably with at least two successful greenfield implementations.
  • A strong understanding of SAP FICO configuration and customization, as well as experience in conducting workshops and gathering business requirements.
  • Excellent testing skills, including functional and system testing, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, providing proactive support and troubleshooting services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or relevant certifications such as SAP Certification in FICO.
