Responsibilities
  • Develop effective communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Promote products or services to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Handle objections and close sales effectively using persuasion and negotiation techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Foster collaboration with team members to improve sales strategies.
Requirements
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience in a contact center or telesales environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms.
  • Fluent in English.
