Job Title: Digital Platform Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and innovative individual to create engaging digital experiences through Squarespace.

About the Role:
  • Crafting new websites from scratch using the Squarespace platform to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions.
  • Collaborating with clients or project managers to understand and implement design and functional requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Applying modern design principles and best practices for typography, color theory, and layout to create visually appealing, branded websites that drive results.
  • Managing website projects from initial concept through to final launch, guaranteeing timely delivery and exceeding expectations.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure websites are fully functional, responsive, and optimized for different devices, providing peace of mind.
  • Offering ongoing support and maintenance for live websites, including content updates and troubleshooting, ensuring continued success.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Squarespace development and website design, with a portfolio showcasing previous work and proficiency.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in digital platform creation, with a strong understanding of industry trends and technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Squarespace platform, including its native design features, templates, and e-commerce functionality, enabling efficient project delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design choices and collaborate with clients to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, allowing for the successful management of multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
  • Squarespace certification is highly valued but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and best practices, as well as knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, would be beneficial assets in this role.
